Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Purchased items will ship from our Austin, Texas location within 5-7 business days, unless otherwise noted. Our primary method of shipping is via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. (Bulk orders may go via FedEx).  After leaving our shop, USPS will typically deliver your order within 2–5 business days. You will receive an email notification containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

PAYMENT METHODS

We offer secure online ordering and accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Sales tax is required on orders shipped within Texas State at the local tax rate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our hand-etched glassware, we cannot accept returns. 

In certain situations, Monster Dance Designs will offer a replacement or a shop credit in certain circumstances. Please contact us with any concerns about your purchase so we can address them promptly.  Customer service is a high priority, and we want to ensure your satisfaction.

Monster Dance Designs is not responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for returns or exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of any returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery.

ORDER ISSUES

If you experience any problems with your order (did not receive it, it isn't what you were expecting, etc.) please contact us so that we can make it right. 

Glassware may contain bubbles or other variations.  This happens in the manufacturing process, and does not detract from the glass.  The etching process may also result in some slight variations from glass to glass, and is a part of it's handmade nature. All listings are for individual items unless specified otherwise.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to let us know. We will happily replace any damaged items provided they are reported within 72 hours of order delivery.
